  • Enriches awareness of yourself by increasing the vitality that unites the body, mind and soul.

  • Promotes health and its maintenance, and increases the sense of empowerment in maintaining and managing one's own health.

Meditative healing™ occurs with the help of deep relaxation, where during treatment, a meditative state is descended into a meditative state. The person in care relaxes, nothing is required to do. In meditative care, the nurse directs the condition to deep meditation, which helps to eliminate stress and tension. Treatment can be used to achieve a better equilibrium in the body and mind, allowing the body's own healing mechanism to start. Meditative healing™ is based on meditation techniques, and a yogic understanding of the nature of meditation, according to which the meditative state is not a closed process, but through meditation we can achieve a state of calm deepening together.

Meditative healing™ is a special training approved by KRI, the main organisation of kundalin yoga, and is based on kundalin yoga techniques and a yogic and ayurvedic understanding of the human body and mind.

How to prepare for treatment?

Treatment does not require any special preparation. Before the treatment begins, we will have a brief discussion during which we will map out your current challenges. If necessary, after treatment, we will have a short discussion in which we will jointly consider the possibilities of supporting your well-being with yogic lifestyles. In practice, it can mean starting guided meditation or other exercises, or thinking about other lifestyles that support health.
