Releasing stress can be simple; it takes only 5-11 minutes daily. This course will give you experience in vitality, stamina, better sleep, relaxation and mental clarity. A stress-free mind and body will make you joyful and feel content in life.
Course content
The course consists of 4 modules, each containing breathing exercises and tips for enhancing vitality in everyday life through various themes.
The course progresses over 4 weeks in such a way that the breathing exercises for the respective week's module should be done every day for 5-11 minutes. The informational parts of the course help in establishing the practice routine, as well as in other lifestyle changes that support stress reduction and increased vitality.

The course doesn´t need any previous experience in yoga/ breathing exercises.

There is no deadline for the course.

After one practice if done accordingly you will feel instantly the effects. The more you practice more deeper the results and effects for the body and the mind.

The videos are 15 to 20mins long. The practices last from 3-11 minutes, on your own choose. This practice time you can adjust to your daily schedule from 3minutes to 11 minutes.

The teacher Sanja Shanti Nam
Shanti Nam is an experienced Kundalini yoga teacher, teaching over 1000 hours of Kundalini yoga through weekly classes, advanced courses, and retreats. She has deepened her yoga process through her profound meditation practices and advanced training in Kundalini yoga. Additionally, she is currently studying to become a lead trainer for Kundalini yoga teachers. She has also studied Meditative Healing and the deep healing effects of meditation, as well as Ayurvedic nutrition. Furthermore, she has studied to become a social worker, where she focused on therapeutic guidance. Shanti Nam's teaching style is strongly gentle.
