With a group exercise towards expanded consciousness...
The morning sadhana is a donation-based morning exercise open to all. The sadhana loads our mind and body with the frequency of the Aquarian energy. Sadhana consists of a 2,5-hour yoga practice, in which the long mantra Japji Sahib is read first, followed by kriya of kundalini yoga, which includes asana practice and pranayama. For the last hour, we recite the Aquarian sadhana mantras.
The instructors are kundalini yoga teachers. No need to be knowledgeable about kundalini yoga or meditation, everything is advised in the class. All teachers are also welcome to participate in the holding of the sadhana, if you would like to participate please contact: info@sanjaasiyoga.com
Sadhana….

Gives strength, energy and mental balance for the long time ahead
Deepens yoga practice
Strengthens meditative calm mind
Donation:
The morning sadhana is a donation-phased practice that teachers and volunteers also do. However, it is good to put the energy in circulation, when you get, it is good to give. You can choose the amount of payment by selecting one or more items. The proceeds will be donated to charity to support the teachings.
Join to lead:
One can also participate in sadhanas by teaching, either by guiding the entire practice or just a part of it. Everyone who wishes is welcome to teach; support for teaching is available if needed. Sadhana is a wonderful place to also deepen one's own teaching and to practice conducting it.
If you wish, you can participate using the Google Docs (sadhana lead list) found also from the links. In the document, you can specify when and which parts you want to teach. In addition, send a message to inform us of your participation in teaching via info@sanjaasiyoga.com so that we can prepare. You can send a registration confirmation message from this link, or if you can't get Google Docs to work, you can notify your participation entirely via email or with the link mentioned here.
You are very much welcome to join and lead!
