A 2.5-hour Kundalini Yoga meditation with the Guru Ram Dass mantra. Meditation revitalises and heals the heart. It helps to let go of emotional pain and open the heart to love and receive and give healing energy. A long meditation affects the mind and magnetic field more deeply and releases deeply rooted subconscious thoughts and behaviours, which helps the mind to function more harmoniously.

The Guru Ram Das meditation (i.e., the mantra “Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru”) is one of the best-known heart-opening and healing practices in the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

Additional information:
The course is suitable for beginners and does not require any previous experience in yoga. You can participate in the event freely and rest occasionally during the day.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters are available for loan from Shengarden.
Please bring your own seat cushion/pillows, comfortable, casual clothes for yoga, a scarf to cover your head to prevent headaches, your own water bottle and a small snack if needed. Fruit and nuts will also be available at the event.
