Description of workshops:
In the workshops, we discover yoga philosophy and deepen our understanding of different themes experientially through exercises. The framework of the exercises and the theory part is in the advanced topics of kundalini yoga, and how you can expand your practice and the awareness it brings to your daily life.
We address various themes, including lifestyle and diet, the pranic body, breathing and the energy of life, the healing power of mantras and shabads, as well as humanology, yoga philosophy, and relationships. The workshops consist of a theoretical part and practical exercises. However, the main focus of the workshops is on the actual practice, which has always been the most important way to convey the awareness that comes from the practices in yoga tradition.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice that can be used to find a deeper connection and understanding of oneself. Each part of the workshop series is a separate but mutually supportive whole. In all workshops we do different kundalini yoga practices such as pranayamas, kriya yoga, relaxation and meditations. However, compared to the traditional class, the workshops are more applied in structure. The theory part can overlap simultaneously with the different phases of the practice, and the class focuses more on meditations instead of asana practice.
The atmosphere of the workshops is nurturing and permissive, allowing each participant to immerse themselves in their exercise. You can attend all or only some of the workshops. The course is suitable for anyone interested in yoga and introspection. It is particularly suitable for those who have already practised kundalini yoga, but despite this, previous experience is not necessary. The course gives strength to increase the ability to be more present to oneself, the ability to be more compassionate and accept life, and to find ways to apply yoga practice to different areas of life.

Individual workshops €35/session
4x workshop series online (-15%), €119 (includes 4x single session price €30)
Payment & other terms:
The course can be paid for using all common payment methods (cash, card, online payment, e-pass, Edenred, SmartumPay, bank transfer). If you participate in multiple workshops, you can pay for the course in instalments. Detailed payment information and instructions will be sent to participants.
Registration is binding. In case of inability to participate, a recording of the course will be available for 3 months.
Participants in the course can be swapped without additional charge

Teacher Sanja Shanti Nam
Shanti Nam is an experienced kundalini yoga teacher, and has taught over 1000h kundalini yoga. She has deepened her own yoga practice through her own deep meditation processes, as well as in further training in kundalini yoga. In addition, she is currently studying to become a kundalini yoga teacher-trainer. He has also studied Meditative Healing and the Deep Healing Effects of Meditation. In addition, she has studied social sciences and therapeutic guidance there. Shanti Nam's way of teaching is strongly gentle.
