In the long workshops of Kundalini Yoga, we stop at yoga philosophy and deepen the understanding of different themes experientially through exercises. The framework of the exercises and the theory part is in the advanced topics of kundalini yoga, and how you can expand your practice and the awareness it brings to your daily life.
We cover varied themes including; lifestyle and life cycles, conscious communication, immersion in meditation, relationships, stress release and vitality. The workshops consist of a theoretical part and exercises. However, the main focus of the workshops is on doing the actual exercises, which has always been the most important way in the yoga tradition to convey the awareness brought by the exercises.

1st workshop: 28.1.2024, at 11-14 - Life energy and life cycles
2nd workshop: 25.2.2024, at 11-14 - Conscious communication
3rd workshop: 24.3.2024, at 11-14 - Dimensions of meditation
4th workshop: 21.4.2024, at 11-14 - Stress relief and vitality
5th workshop: 19.5.2024, 11-14 - Conscious relationships
You can sign up for the workshops on the same day that the course takes place. However, the implementation of each part of the course requires a sufficient number of participants to be realized. The workshops will be confirmed no later than 2 weeks before the event, which is also the last cancellation time (more information on the event page).

Booking fee when registering for the online store:
A reservation fee is paid upon registration, the amount varies depending on the size of the reservation. The booking fee will be deducted from the total price of the entire course.
The reservation fee for a single workshop is 20€
The reservation fee for the entire course is 60€
Payment of the rest of the course:
The course can be paid with all the most common payment methods (cash, card, online payment, e-passport, edenred, smartumpay, bank transfer). When attending several workshops, you can pay for the course in installments. The final payment for the course will be made in connection with the participation or with the help of information shared with the participants closer to the implementation of the workshop.
